Across Derwentwater from Catbells Summit

I love to get to the summit of Lakeland fells early in the morning as the light then in my opinion is at its best - this was taken at 6.45 am in early May as the clouds started to retreat back to the coast. Once there you have great views in all directions - Skiddaw and Blencathra to the north, Causey Pike to the west, Maiden Moor and Dale Head to the south and the very popular Walla Crag to the east. A perfect walk for all the family.
