Framed Group of four themed images

Posted on 25th March, 2023

Due to popular demand we have created a new Group of Four framed image gallery which have specific themes of the Lake District and Scotland. The four A4 sized images are mounted in a large single Black Wood or Oak frame. The mount is signed and named at the bottom and the total size is 31 x 23 inches plus the width of the profile.  Hope you enjoy looking through all the Group Four selections that can be found in the Gallery and Shop tab.

This image is of four Lake District Mountains and features images of Striding Edge and Catstycam, The Langdale Pikes, Catbells and Fleetwith Pike and Haystacks.  I think these are four of the much loved and walked mountains in the Lake District and attracts thousands of fellwalkers and photographers alike.

The image shown here is of Lake District sunrises and sunsets of which the Lake District is famous for. I find it easier to get nice sunrises in the lakes but the one location I love to go to for a stunning sunset is Wastwater. This location never seems to fail as the sun sets directly opposite the Wasdale Valley lighting up Yewbarrow and the Scafell Massif. This image shows sunrises over Rydal Water and Blea Tarn and sunsets over Wastwater and The Castlerigg Stone Circle.

Scotland is famous for it's rivers and waterfalls so this new category can't be complete without a selection of well known and loved waterfalls. The group includes the much photographed River Coupall Waterfall below Buachaille Etive Mor, the Devil's Cauldron in Glencoe, Russel Burn Waterfall along the Bealach Na ba road in Torridon and the beautiful Brides Veil waterfall on the way to the Trotternish Peninsula. All great waterfalls and a complete joy to photograph.

There must be many Scottish Favourites and this was hard to choose just four, but I have picked out some that I think you all will know and love. The selection includes Reflections of the much loved Buachaille Etive Mor, the historic Glenfinnan Monument, The Famous Red Roof Cottage at Loch Shieldaig  and the very impressive Callanish Standing Stones on the Isle of Lewis. All fabulous locations and ones that always brings back fond memories to everyone I'm sure.

These four groups are only just a few of the groups that are listed in the Framed Group of four gallery that can be found in the Gallery and Shop tab. Please have a scan through them all and I hope you find one that brings back those fond memories that should be seen every day on your wall. Don't forget images or frame profiles can be changed by e-mailing me with your selection - it will be a pleasure to change them for you.
