Eagle Owl in flight

Location: South Lakeland
I always like to try and take birds in flight and when an opportunity arose to capture an Eagle Owl I jumped at the chance. Being a Landscape Photographer I’m not used to objects moving so this was a real challenge as I didn’t what just any bird image. I took this owl at around 1/2000 th of a second by increasing the ISO and wide aperture. I’m really pleased with the subject matter and the sharpness of the owl’s face.
