Great feedback on new One-to-One Courses
The introduction of one-to-one courses this year has been very popular and I thought that I would add a new section to the Courses tab so that you can share the experiences of some of the participants. Top selling exhibitor at Thornthwaite Galleries
I normally exhibit a selection of my work at Thornthwaite Galleries near Keswick, Cumbria throughout the year. I was pleased to hear recently from Ron and Anne Monk who run the gallery that, for the second year on the run, I was their top selling exhibitor. This was due mainly to the success of the sale……

New Year trip to Scotland in fabulous weather
It has always been an ambition of mine to spend Hogmany in Scotland. This year it finally happened. My wife and I spent 7 fabulous days at Duror near Glen Coe where the scenery was spectacular and the weather was as near as perfect as it can be. Runner up in Keswick Mountain Festival Wainwright Photographic Competition
I was pleased to hear today that my image ‘Its a dogs life above the clouds on Catbells’ has been awarded the runner-up prize in the Keswick Mountain Festival ‘Put Wainwright’s Lake District in the picture!’ competition. The competition was judged by Sir Chris Bonnington……

Super fast delivery
Mr Paul R was suprised when I turned up at his office in Cockermouth last Thursday to deliver the canvas that he had ordered on-line the previous day - Evening Light on Derwentwater. I was in the area dropping off stock at the Moot Hall in Keswick for last weekend’s show so I delivered his canvas……
