Wasdale Head
December 4th 2009
There are some places that I can’t keep away from and Wasdale Head is one of them despite it being a drive that’s always further than I think it is every time I do it! It’s sheer grandeur takes some beating. Once you add blue skies and a light dusting of snow on the tops it’s impossible for me to resist.
This was one of those such days and I must admit that I spent hours here only to return to Gosforth to find the fantastic little bakers shop closed. No delcious meat and potato pie for me that day. I had to go home hungry but more than happy with the day’s shoot. A real red letter day.
