It was one of those mornings when you knew it was just right for photography. There was plenty of low lying clouds and mist about and the air was very still. I’ve always had this photo in my minds eye of Catbells with a dusting of snow on the summit appearing above the mist with a perfect reflection. I suppose two out of three isn’t bad. I’ll just have to come back again after some snow and hope for similar conditions !!

Canon EOS 5D MK 11, canon ‘L’ series 24-105mm lens, 1/80 sec @ f11 ISO 200 0.3 Lee ND grad filter
