Fleetwith Pike, Buttermere
June 1st 2007
When I arrived at Buttermere on this perfect day I wanted to take Fleetwith Pike from a different angle to that when you first meet the lake walking from the Fish Inn. The lake tumbles down this beck when the water is high and it gives a great ‘lead in’ to the shot. A breeze had just started to pick up but a good reflection was still to be had. This photograph always reminds me of our trip to Canada - but that’s another story !
