This is one of my favourite photographs of my December trip to the Highlands of Scotland. The boulders on the beach make a fantastic foreground with plenty of frost and lichen on their surface. If you look very closely you can also see the Cuillin on the Isle of Skye on the distant horizon. I just couldn’t believe how quite the beach was given it was such a perfect day.
