Location: Friars Crag, Derwentwater a short walk from Keswick Boat Landings

If I had a pound for every time that I visited this location, I would be very very rich!
The cloud formations on this particular morning where stunning and made the perfect back-drop to Catbells seen across Derwentwater in the distance.
There was no wind hardly and the reflections were fantastic. I make no apology for taking this iconic scene again and it certainly won’t be the last time that I do so.
Sheila and I sat for a while watching a tree creeper feeding on some seed that some kind person had thrown down for it. There were lost of chaffinches and blue tits as well. The perfect place to sit and watch the world go by and contemplate for a while what a perfect spot this is.
